Phase 2 — Outline & Book DNA (the Blueprint)
Generate the blueprint, edit it for free, and know when regenerating is worth it.
Last reviewed 2026-09-28
The blueprint is your book's outline plus its Book DNA: the working title options, chapter or page list, and the bible of facts, characters or themes the writer must respect.
- Click "Generate Blueprint" and confirm the credit cost.
- Read every chapter or page entry. Rename, reorder, add or remove — editing the blueprint is free.
- When it reads the way you want, move to Phase 3 to draft.
Edit vs Regenerate
- Edit (free): change titles, summaries or the bible in place. Chapters you already drafted keep their text.
- "Regenerate" (costs credits): re-runs the whole blueprint and replaces the outline, titles and bible. The platform warns you when drafted chapters exist, because a new blueprint means re-drafting.
Coloring, puzzle and low-content books
For these types the blueprint is the page plan. Every entry becomes one page or puzzle, so the count here is what you will get.
